Brian serves the communities of Northwest Montana including Whitefish, Big Mountain Resort, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, West Glacier, Bigfork, Somers, Lakeside and Dayton.
He brings over 18 years of industry experience to the table plus an educational background in real estate, urban planning and economic development. Brian and his team are dedicated to educating, protecting and assisting you through every step of your real estate transaction.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Brian attended SCSU where he earned a BA degree in Urban Planning and Economic Development. He was introduced to Montana in 1987 while working in Glacier National Park during his summer college breaks. After college Brian and his wife Helen moved to Minneapolis where he began his career in real estate & corporate relocation. In 1999 his family fulfilled a longtime dream and relocated to Montana in order to enjoy the excellent quality of life and abundant recreational opportunities. In Montana Brian continues his real estate career, focusing on resort real estate, 1031 exchanges and project sales.
Brian works hard but he, his wife and son Colton make time to enjoy the endless hiking, biking and skiing trails, play the excellent local golf courses, plus boat, canoe and fish.

Brian has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1993. He has extensive experience in new construction, residential development, 1031 exchanges, marketing strategies, real estate law and taxation, contract negotiation and corporate relocation. Brian is active in many real estate organizations including the Montana Association of Realtors, Northwest Montana Association of Realtors and the Worldwide Recreation & Resort Sales Council.
